This Privacy Policy explains what information T.E. Simeone ("we," "us") collects when you visit this website or purchase a product, and how that information is used.
We do not directly collect payment information. Purchases are processed by Gumroad, our third-party checkout and fulfillment provider, which collects your name, email address, and payment details directly under its own privacy policy. We may receive your name and email from Gumroad in order to provide customer support and send you information about your purchase.
This site uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure how our advertising performs. It records that a page was viewed and whether certain actions happened – for example, that someone started or finished the short check, or requested the checklist – together with the technical information your browser sends and identifiers Meta uses to match activity to an account. Your answers in the short check are never sent to Meta or to any other advertising platform. We deliberately send only the fact that a step happened, never what you selected. Your answers are not stored on our servers either – they exist only in your browser while you are on the page and disappear when you close it. Meta’s use of the data it receives is governed by its own privacy policy. You can limit this in your browser settings, with a tracker-blocking extension, or in your Meta ad preferences.
To deliver purchased products, respond to support requests, and – only if you separately opt in – to send occasional emails about new products or updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Gumroad (payment processing and digital delivery), Meta Platforms (advertising measurement, via the Meta Pixel described above), Vercel (website hosting) and, once added, an email newsletter provider are the third parties that may process your data on our behalf.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] to make a request.
